Inspection Terms & Responsibility

These notes explain the responsibilities specific to Aowow and AnMagic Inspection. The AnMagic Terms of Service & Responsibility apply alongside them, including subscription, cancellation, credit and legal-rights provisions. See also the Inspection privacy notes.

Aowow analyses the inspection photos and information you supply and brings the observations and images into a complete report. You are responsible for lawful inspection access, sufficient photo coverage, correct property details and any permission or privacy notice needed for the material supplied.

Use clear, relevant photos and identify the correct property and inspection. If you use an entry report as a baseline, check that it is the correct report and suitable for comparison. Remove irrelevant personal or sensitive details where practical.

Check the finished report against what you observed on site before issuing it. Correct omissions or misinterpretations and consider areas that were not photographed. A visible mark or apparent change is not, on its own, proof of its cause, when it occurred, responsibility for damage or an amount that may be charged.

Photographs cannot reliably reveal every hidden, structural, electrical, moisture or other safety issue. Inspection reports do not replace specialist investigation, certify building or healthy-homes compliance, or determine a tenancy dispute. You remain responsible for deciding when further inspection or professional advice is needed.

Standard is NZ$49.99/month with 4,000 credits; Pro is NZ$89.99/month with 8,000 credits. Each user gets one free first month with 4,000 credits on either plan. Prices include GST. From month two the selected plan renews automatically unless cancelled.

Inspection usage depends on photo count and processing. A report with around 100 photos is estimated at 390 credits: approximately 10 reports on Standard or 20 on Pro. These are estimates, not guaranteed report quantities.

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Add-ons cost NZ$15 for 1,000 credits, never expire and are used after monthly credits. There are no automatic top-ups. See the full pricing guide and cancellation and billing terms.
