Inspection Privacy Notes

These notes describe the information used by Aowow for Inspection. Read them with the AnMagic Privacy Policy, which covers service providers, overseas processing, security, retention, access and correction requests. The current public website does not accept photo uploads.

Inspection uses the photographs and property details you supply, any entry or earlier report supplied for comparison, and the observations and report generated from that material. An address, possessions, faces, correspondence or other details in an image may identify an owner, tenant or occupant.

The purpose is to organise and analyse the relevant inspection material and prepare the requested report. Information needed for an enabled account, support, credit use and billing is covered by the general Privacy Policy.

The inspecting customer must have an appropriate basis for collecting and sharing the material and provide any required notice to owners, tenants or occupants. Avoid or obscure irrelevant faces, identity documents, financial or medical information, private correspondence and other sensitive details.

Where AnMagic processes material solely on the customer’s behalf, the customer retains its collection and notification responsibilities. AnMagic also retains its own applicable obligations. If your information appears in a report, you may contact us even if you are not the account holder; we may coordinate with the relevant property manager or agency.

Preparing a report may involve AI and cloud providers receiving the relevant photos or report content. The providers, locations, retention settings and any model-training permissions must be confirmed for the actual product configuration; this page does not promise zero retention, local-only storage or a particular training exclusion.

Contact [email protected] before supplying personal or confidential material if these arrangements have not been confirmed. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information. Deletion is subject to lawful retention requirements and provider or backup limitations, as explained in the general Privacy Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not itself confirm deletion of reports or images.
