Who checks the final appraisal?
Anana creates a complete CMA in your configured format. The licensed agent reviews the property details, comparables, market context and appraisal conclusion before issuing it. It is a CMA, not a registered valuation or guaranteed sale price. Read the Appraisal responsibilities.
How are my setup materials handled?
Your template and previous CMA examples are used to configure your service. Only share materials and data-service access you are authorised to provide. The relevant AI processing, storage and retention arrangements should be confirmed before submitting personal or confidential material. Read the Appraisal privacy notes.
What should I provide for setup?

How do plans and the free month work?
Start with one free month and 4,000 credits per user. From month two, Standard is NZ$49.99/month for 4,000 credits (about 16 CMAs), or Pro is NZ$89.99/month for 8,000 credits (about 32 CMAs). Prices include GST. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Compare plans.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Add-on packs cost NZ$15 for 1,000 credits, include GST and never expire. Monthly credits are used first. Add-ons are purchased only when you choose, with no automatic top-ups.
