What should I check before sharing a report?

Aowow creates a complete report. Review the observations against your inspection, correct any omissions and check areas not shown in the photos. Images cannot reveal every hidden defect or establish who caused damage. Read the report responsibilities.

What about privacy in inspection photos?

Only supply photos you are entitled to collect and share. Remove irrelevant personal details and provide any required notice to owners or occupants. Confirm the service’s processing arrangements before supplying personal material. Read the Inspection privacy notes.

How many reports can I make?

Standard includes 4,000 monthly credits, enough for about 10 inspections with 100 photos each. Pro includes 8,000 credits, enough for about 20. Credit use varies with the number of photos. See the full credit guide.

What happens after my free month?

Each user gets one free month with 4,000 credits, on either plan. From month two, Standard renews at NZ$49.99/month or Pro at NZ$89.99/month, including GST, unless cancelled. A payment method is required. Cancel anytime.

Do unused credits expire each month?

Subscription credits reset each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased Add-on credits never expire. Your monthly subscription credits are used first, followed by Add-on credits.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. An Add-on includes 1,000 credits for NZ$15, including GST, as a one-off purchase. Buy only when you need more; there are no automatic top-ups.
